How do I change my song image?Adding an image to your track is easy. Just follow these steps. To add a photo to a track, go to your profile page in MDIIO and click on the track you'd like to edit. Once you've done that, click on the track photo. Select the image you'd like to add to your track, and click open. Next, crop the image to your liking, and press the "Ok" button to save.

How do I invite people?Inviting music collaborators, colleagues, and friends is easy! Inviting new users is very simple. To invite users, make sure you access the Network area within the horizontal menu. Click "invite new user", enter their first name, last name along with their email. We'll send them an invite. Make sure the invitee check's their junk mail, or spam folder if they haven't received the message.

How can I keep music Private?It's easy to hide your music from being public, and not available to search on MDIIO or hyprAUDIO. Just click the "Remove from hyprAUDIO" icon to remove it from being shared publically. There you go, your track is now hidden from being searched.

How do I delete a split?It's just as easy as adding one! Just head over to your track, select "EDIT SPLITS". From here you can change the user you are removing split to 0, and update your split or whomever's accordingly. Just remember to hit "Remove Collaborator" and then "SAVE SPLITS", and you've deleted a split. There you go!

How much are licensing Fees?If your song is licensed on MDIIO we take a 20% success fee for all MDIIO members! We will collect fees, deduct percentages, and payout balances to you once a song has been licensed through our platform.

How do I Delete Music from MDIIO?Deleting your music is very easy simply by selecting the trash bin next to the song you wish to delete. First, make sure you are within your profile page. Second, look for the trash bin on the left side of the song you wish to remove. Go ahead and click the trash bin You'll be prompted to confirm the delete. Go ahead an click delete.

What is the best quality of Audio to upload?We recommend uploading mastered 320 kbps at 16 bit. mp3's as your first choice. 16mb is the maximum file size for .mp3 files.

How do I change a playlist name?Changing a playlist name is very easy. First, go to your playlists within the MDIIO platform. Then, click on the playlist you wish to edit the name for. Next, click on the edit button of the playlist You can rename the playlist from here, don't forget to hit save and you're done!

How do I manage Splits?Managing Splits is easy, which will help you distribute ownership. By default the song ownership splits will go 100% to you, you can change this within the splits setting within your track. Click on your track and you'll be able to access splits here. Click the button on the top right hand side to add another contributor. You'll be prompted to search for a user by their first and last name, if they are not present within the system no worries!

How do I pitch to available projects within MDIIO?Pitching tracks for available projects within MDIIO gives you a shot at getting licensed. Our A&R team will listen to all submissions submitted before the deadline. To pitch your music to an available project, first access the projects page in the horizontal menu. Then click on the open project you wish to find more information about. Here you can click the Pitch icon to submit your music! Make sure your song matches the description of the criteria they are looking for shown within the project.

How do I add Metadata?Adding metadata to your songs will properly help you get paid when it comes to the licensing process, and collecting PRO royalties. It will also help you pop-up within the search results for Hypraudio in order to get discovered. It's best if you can add as much information as possible including tags, publisher info, your PRO, etc. First, click on the track you wish to update metadata. Second, access the Track Meta data area of your song on the left side of your screen.

How does messaging work?View your messages by clicking the letterbox icon. Click the letterbox icon to access your messaging area. The messaging area will slide open, you can click the message for more details. You will see the detailed message from clicking it. Click "send" to reply. You can also delete the message by pressing the trashbin.

How do I pitch my tracks?Pitching your music is very simple and only takes a few steps. From your profile page in MDIIO, select the "Pitch Track" icon next to your tracks From here you'll notice that you have an indicator within the top right-hand corner of your screen, showing how many songs you have available for pitch. Go ahead and enter the email address you wish to pitch your songs to and add some notes.

How do I delete a pitch?Pitched the wrong track? Here's how to delete it. From your profile page in MDIIO, click on the "Pitches" button. Here you can see all of the projects you've pitched too. Find the one you want to get rid of, and press the yellow delete button. Done! You're track will no longer be pitched to this project.

I accidentally uploaded the wrong song to a project brief, what do I do?From your profile page, click on Pitches. Here you can see all of the projects that you've pitched your music too. To view the tracks you've submitted, click on the "Show Tracks" button. To change which tracks are submitted to the project, click on "Update Tracks". From here you can de-select/select the tracks you wish to pitch. Make your changes, and then press "Ok" when you're done. Done! You have now updated the tracks that are pitched to the project.

How do I tag my songs?Tagging your music in metadata is very important in order to get searched and discovered. Simply click your song on your profile page. Next click the track metadata edit button near the left panel. Click your mouse within the tag search box. From here you can type in tags that are available. You can add additional tags as well by scrolling through the available tags. If you wish to search for tags, click below the tags added, then type to search.

How do I know if my track has been listened to?It only takes a few simple steps to see if your track has been heard. To see if your track has been listened to, follow these simple steps. From your profile page click on "Pitches". From here you can see the tracks you've pitched, and how many times that track has been played. On this page, you can also check to see if the project you sent your pitch to is still active, and if your track has been opened.

How do I add lyrics to my song?Adding lyrics is easy, just click on your song and go to the lyrics section. To access the lyrics section, click on the song you wish to add lyrics for. You'll find the lyrics section at the bottom left of your window. Click the edit button to add lyrics. Simply copy and paste your lyrics here or type them in and hit save. There you go, all set!

Can I still pitch to a closed Project Brief?Unfortunately not, once a project is closed it's closed! Due to the nature of the business sometimes there is a short period of time you have to submit a project. Don't worry they'll be plenty of more opportunities out there. Please do not email support with closed pitch submissions, as they do not have the ability to submit past a project's deadline.

How do I upload music to MDIIO?Adding tracks is very simple. Make sure you are within your profile to upload music. You can either access your profile by clicking on the MDIIO icon within the top left of your screen or through the dropdown. You can either drag your songs from your operating system or click "Select Track(s)" to upload. You can go ahead and close this window while your music is being uploaded. You'll find your music on the right-hand side of the profile screen.

How do I rate my song?"My rating" will give you how good your song is on a scale of 1 stars to 5. Simply click on your song first, then the Track Metadata edit button. Click on the track metadata edit button. Click the rating you would like to give your song. Don't forget to save. There you go, you've successfully rated your song!
